Every email comes to the same small team, and we answer them ourselves.

The questions we get most are about age suitability, what is actually on the pages, and which product to start with. All three are worth asking before you buy rather than after, so please do.

Before You Write

If your question is about which product suits your child, tell us their age and what they are like — whether they start things and finish them, whether they need someone sitting next to them, whether they have already tried something like this. We will point you at the right one, or tell you we do not make it.

If your question is about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email and we can find it straight away.

Orders And Returns

Free shipping on Australian orders over $75.

Thirty-day returns. If something arrives damaged or is not what you expected, tell us and we will sort it out — this is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which we are not attempting to limit.

For Schools, Libraries And Bulk Orders

If you are buying for a classroom, a school holiday programme or a library, write to us rather than working through the cart. Quantities above a certain point are handled differently and we can usually do better on freight.
